Our journey begins with a Strategy Intensive. This is a powerful session of saying all the things, getting it all out - the good, the not so good, the fears and the hopes, and from there we start dialing in the strategy and timeline that works for you. Your Strategy Intensive is completely custom to you with elements drawn from coaching, yoga, energy medicine, art, intuitive card decks, and ceremony. You will feel capable and clear and inspired!
Your Strategy Intensive is followed by 8 weeks of weekly Accountability Days. This is one day a week where we check-in via text to share your wins, sort out any hiccups, identify next steps, and connect in a meaningful way. This might seem simple but showing up every week is where the magic meets the effort.
Your final week will be an Integration Session. We'll look back at how far you've come and take inventory of your wins, lessons, and key takeaways. This might be a completion point, or you might choose to renew for ongoing success and support.

Where and how do we meet?
The first Strategy Intensive and the final Integration session will happen via Google Meet, a phone call, or combo of the two. Your 8 weeks of Accountability Days will happen on Wednesdays during set hours via text.
What can we work on?
We can work on anything in your life, personal and professional, that needs some care. Here are some common scenarios - stuck in a rut, major life changes like breakups/divorce/loss/death/existential who am i crisis/new relationship/career changes/leveling up/retirement, nurturing a new or buried talent, starting a biz, running and expanding a biz, creative ventures, and spiritual journeys.
How do I know if I'm a good candidate for this?
Have you ever just needed more time, space, focus, and attention on you and what you're dealing with? Same same sunshine. I find that 50-60min just doesn't cut it sometimes so I developed this way of working and the impact has been BIG (for my clients and me honestly). Also, don't sleep on the power of accountability. Accountability is the 4th and final cornerstone of ICF coaching methodology and has been shown to be an effective component of getting projects off the ground and meeting goals and deadlines. This is particularly true for folks who struggle with procrastination, those with ADHD, and Obligers (google Gretchen Rubin's personality profiles) who respond so well to external obligations but struggle when left to their own devices.
How woo is this?
My work is a combination of scientific, practical, intuitive, and metaphysical approaches. We can dial up or down the woo based on your preferences. Love guided meditation but hard pass at tarot? Fine. We don't have to use every tool in my toolbox. That being said, my ideal clients are actively involved in their own inner work, acknowledge the validity of intuitive knowledge, and are creative and open-minded explorers.
What if something comes up during my 10 weeks?
Rest assured, stuff will come up during our time together! In the case of a real family or medical emergency, a one time pause of 1-2 months will be granted.

FAQs
Where and how do we meet?
VIP Days are held via Google Meet and cell phone. You will be in your comfy happy place with strong wifi and cell service, whether that's at home or in a hotel.
Why 2 half days instead of 1 full day?
There are many reasons. Most importantly:
For your Healing - we will be processing a lot of information and emotions. You may want to take some time to chill afterwards (nap, bath, journaling, a walk) and not jump right into the next thing.
For your Integration - it's very common for clients to have insights in between the sessions. Dreams and insights often come when we allow space for them.
For your Schedule - if you've got a busy schedule, caretaking duties, and/or health challenges, a full day can be too much. I find split days allow for more ease while delivering the same (or better) results as 1 full day.
How do I know if I'm a good candidate for this?
Do you want to condense months of coaching into 1 day? Are you impatient and want to make a big impact sooner rather than later? Do you have something BIG you're working on personally and/or professionally? Maybe most importantly, can you trust the process? If you answered yes then a VIP day is a good option for you.
